These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between KORKERS ("Company") and users regarding the use of the casual arcade game application Neon Blast ("Service"). By installing or using the Service, users agree to these Terms.
The Service is a collection of casual arcade games that currently includes:
Alongside the games, the Service provides scores, combos, and ranking records, global leaderboard participation via nickname and country, and other services determined by the Company.
The Company may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue individual games or parts of the Service for maintenance, technical improvements, or operational reasons.
The Service can be used immediately after installing the application, without account registration or login.
Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Users may optionally link a Google or Apple account in Settings to back up their game records and restore them on another device. Account linking is not required to use the Service. A linked account may be deleted at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account; deletion is permanent and removes the account information and ranking records.
Users shall not engage in the following activities:
All content within the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, design, software, audio, and game content, is owned by the Company or its licensors.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without prior written consent from the Company.
The Company strives to provide stable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Service interruptions may occur due to system maintenance, network issues, or force majeure events.
The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising.
Some games offer optional rewarded advertisements that grant in-game benefits such as continuing a play session. Watching a rewarded advertisement is entirely the user's choice, and declining it does not restrict use of the Service.
Details on how advertising data is handled are described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
The Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from service interruptions, technical issues, or user misuse of the Service except where required by applicable law.
The Company may update these Terms from time to time.
Any changes will be announced within the application or through other appropriate channels.
Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

본 약관은 KORKERS(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 캐주얼 아케이드 게임 애플리케이션 Neon Blast(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
본 서비스는 회원가입 없이 이용할 수 있는 비회원 기반 서비스입니다.
이용자가 앱을 설치하고 이용하는 경우 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
이용자는 선택적으로 앱 내 설정에서 Google 또는 Apple 계정을 연결하여 게임 기록을 백업하고 다른 기기에서 복원할 수 있습니다. 계정 연결 없이도 서비스 이용에는 제한이 없습니다. 연결된 계정은 설정 → 계정 → 계정 삭제에서 언제든지 삭제할 수 있으며, 삭제 시 계정 정보와 랭킹 기록이 영구적으로 제거됩니다.
본 서비스는 캐주얼 아케이드 게임 모음으로, 현재 다음 게임을 제공합니다.
이와 함께 회사는 점수·콤보·랭킹 기록 관리, 닉네임·국가를 통한 글로벌 랭킹 참여, 기타 회사가 정하는 부가 서비스를 제공합니다.
회사는 서비스 개선 또는 운영상 필요에 따라 개별 게임을 추가·변경하거나 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 변경·중단할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.
서비스에 포함된 모든 콘텐츠(텍스트, 이미지, 디자인, 코드 등)의 저작권은 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 귀속됩니다.
이용자는 회사의 사전 동의 없이 이를 복제, 배포, 상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.
회사는 다음과 같은 경우 서비스 제공을 일시적으로 중단할 수 있습니다.
본 서비스는 무료로 제공되며 광고를 통해 운영됩니다.
일부 게임에서는 이어하기 등 게임 내 혜택을 제공하는 보상형 광고를 선택적으로 제공하며, 시청 여부는 전적으로 이용자의 선택입니다. 시청하지 않아도 서비스 이용에 제한을 받지 않습니다.
광고 관련 정보의 처리 방식은 개인정보 처리방침에서 안내합니다.
회사는 서비스 제공과 관련하여 법령에서 정한 경우를 제외하고 다음 사항에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
회사는 필요 시 본 약관을 변경할 수 있으며 변경 내용은 앱 내 공지 등을 통해 안내합니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법령을 준거법으로 합니다.
